TO KILL HIM.Jeez, carver, are you being super dense today? Read OP. Read the title. Read my words.
Jeez.
I'm asking you if he can harm Starbreaker physically. If he can then he can most definitely kill him. If he can't, can you please post evidence backing your claim. Thanos was able to harm Galactus...

I feel confident that once Thanos mind rapes Starbreaker, he does have the power to finish the job.

Learn too read. Someone already posted a scan of Starbreaker killing a being that held the Universe together, that's far above Galactus.
Exactly.
See my post:
So Thanos' best bet is to drain his energy or something.
Now, the next stage is to see HOW much energy Thanos can absorb. After all, we wouldn't want to have no-limits, right?
Remember, Starbreaker will be starting off at his normal levels, not explicitly amped, and not drained.
Here, he is 'sated', by feeding on Vega, and taking 100 million years off it's lifespan:
Vega is twice the size of our Sun:

That's a LOT of energy.
Btw, what is your take on this scene?
Is Superman pulling the Earth on his own? Or is GL adding his strength to it?
