Annihilators+Thanos vs. Justice Legion A

-The Annihilators + Thanos-

+

VS.

-Justice Legion A-

-Stips-
-This is Annihilation-era Thanos.
-This is Hourman after he split up the Worlogog.
-Battle takes place on 853rd century DC earth.
-No BFR.

*1st scenario: no prep.
*2nd scenario: 1 week of prep.

How goes this?

1 Million punches through time and retcon everyone. No one on that team can fight against this Superman for more than a second.

Kal Kent solos.

i don't see team marvel having all that much chance.... even if we assume a weakened version of kal, he could easily match thanos 1on1 while the others take out the annihilators. if this is kal from HIS century, under the super sun, he MAY be able to solo.....

with a week's prep? thanos might be able to find something to exploit--not sure how he'd gain info from the future though, and that's where any helpful info would have to come from....still, he might have some tech to turn the tide. less sure about the prep scenario. of course, that would mean bats 1M would have a prep chance too, so.....yeah.

this goes to show just how powerful solaris really was. at least imo. VERY underrated villain in my book.

👆

People think he was just a random villain.

Also shows just how powerful a GL ring is.

mmm

it is one of the supreme plot devices in all of comics. 👆

Never understood why Solaris was underrated, tbh. Aside from the fact that nobody from the Justice Legion A(aside from Hourman /w/ complete Worlogog) was able to defeat him, he also steamrolled through pretty much every 'Legion' of heroes the 853rd century had to offer. Simultaneously.

And the only reason Kyle's ring was effective is because Solaris believed GL's to be extinct, thus he never devised any counter-measures against them--but despite that, Kyle couldn't even contain Solaris alone(it also required S1M's galaxy-level force-vision.) The SOB was very, very powerful.

[edit]
Though I do believe that later in Kyle's career(when he wasn't a rookie), containing Solaris would have been fairly easy for him. After all, the guy briefly contained the energies of Imperiex, ffs.

Thanos wins all.

Based on ?

JLA, easily.

Is Solaris really that underrated? More like underused.

The thing with using characters with so few appearances like the JLA, is that 'in character' kinda goes out the window.

So for example, Batman 1M will be spamming construct clones, and soul stealing attacks.

Let's not forget a soul attack is one of the things Thanos fears.

Though it was a shared feat, I'd say the galaxy force vision thing was actually above galaxy level, considering the speed it was going at.
