Is Metron really that powerful?

Haven't seen anything from him tbh,isn't he the guy that sits on that chair? Before batman?

Metron is a seeker of knowledge. He takes no sides, and therefore rarely ever involves himself in battles/conflict... He's beyond that kind of thing.

But given the universal+ levels that all noteworthy New Gods are currently being portrayed at, I wouldn't at all be surprised if he were beyond RKT. There's really no way of knowing at this point, though. /shrug

Although I will say that he seems completely unharmable while sitting on the Mobius Chair(unless attacked by Mobius himself, of course.)

He is immune to antimatter in the chair,that's all,pretty sure he got blasted to stupor right after that,and wonder woman ripped him off his chair

Metron has a good chance; he doesn't just have chair sitting feats.

RKT's biggest ace in the hole is timestop; Metron can exist in every point in time, however:

Well, DCnU Metron hasn't really done much/been seen much. So in the absence of any feats, we default to pre-FP.

Always had a feeling that Metron was crazy powerful, just didn't know he was that badass. Thanks for the info guys.

I thought he (Metron) was like an abstract entity? Rune King Thor is at least equal to or above Odin who is the very top of his weight class which puts an omniscient RKT at maybe very bottom of abstract tier? I dont know, wanna go for my boy Thor but unlike some people I dont just automatically vote for my fav.

So..those scans or nice but Rune King Thor could tank a superman punch and whatever Atom dished out with utter ease. And Thor is a warrior while Metron is more akin to a Watcher. But i feel like Metron should still be quite a bit above him in overall power output.

Metron 6-7/10. Unlesms he has no answer for Thor's omniscience and time travel then Thor10/10
