Probably Videl.

Yajirobe fought and matched goku in the king piccolo arc. Videl can fly though...

It's pretty hard to get a bead on how strong Videl is. She's had ki training, but the only foe she fought who had ki was Spovovich, and it's hard to tell how strong his majin boost made him.

Still, the fact she's from later sagas is probably a good sign...

Yeah, but even early level Krillin and day one Goku should be above most late saga, non Z fighter humans.

To the point, Yajirobe also killed (and ate) one of Piccolo's children.

Who did the Krillin killing thing before Freeza made it in style. 🙂

That's true.

Still, I'd go with Yajirobe. He does have solid feats.
