I thought they only did this in criminal cases

This person better hope they don't get Immunity from Freedom. They might have to be LOCKED UP in a veery deep hole....for their own protection of course.

The officials said they think that Petraeus's actions were more egregious than those of Clinton and her aides because he lied to the FBI, and classified information he shared with his biographer contained top secret code words, identities of covert officers, war strategy and intelligence capabilities.

[...]

But after negotiations, Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified information.

Hmm, if Petraeus actions were more egregious and he got only a misdemeanour charge (and probation) I guess Clinton should at most get a stern talking to, maybe a slap on the wrist.

Thanks for sharing, Raisen, I did already think that this "scandal" was blown out of proportion, but this basically proves it.

It's almost as if Petraeus committed something close to treason, so considering, I don't even think Clinton should get a stern talking to, just a talking and definitely no wrist slap, if we're being fair and equal.

Yeah. Clinton deserves to get treated differently then Petreaus. Its called a DOUBLE STANDARD.

Well, it's not us that said it. It was current and former FBI officials, like Raisen showed.

They are Liberal Progressive Socialist/Marxists. They don't do EQUALITY!!!!!

Ummm. We don't know yet what the feds have fully discovered and Hillary hasn't yet had a chance to lie to the feds.
Granting immunity says a lot. That is the topic of this discussion

When the defendant takes the fifth, then FBI offers immunity means the person who he he is telling on is dammed.

FBI director said the investigation will be complete in August right when she is most vulnerable.

A real discussion cant be had because it will turn into "but this guy from another party did this" etc. Ugh. People need to just discuss the issue at hand

"We are not addressing just a handful of emails. To date, the State Department has revealed the presence of more than 2,000 emails on her private server that contained state secrets — and four that were select access privilege, or SAP. The SAP emails require special codes in order to access them.

The codes change continually, and very few people in the government have the codes. SAP is a sub-category of "top secret," and it constitutes the highest level of protected secrecy, for the utmost protection of the government's gravest secrets.

It is unheard of for SAP-level data to reside in a non-secure, vulnerable venue — yet that is where Clinton caused four SAPs to reside."

Newsmax/Judge Andrew P. Napolitano

Let Hillary have her day in court, I'm sure she'll get some weird deal like Patraeus and be done with it.
