Carol had trouble with Namora, to put it lightly (got wrecked when Namora got the water boost). And Namora I) is weaker than Namor II) doesn't have the suit that keeps her hydrated.

She might be the most powerful high herald level character in Marvel U soon as well..

If she is binary she should be at or slightly above him. Otherwise, a little below in actual strength but faster, and energy blasts

Gobbling up anti-matter that was engulfing the Sun. Quasar was trying (and failing) to do it on his own. Her vortex was so powerful, he thought Epoch succeeded in summoning an "omnipotent" to come to Earth's aid.
