Black Panther (no spirit powers) vs Bane

T'Challa does not have the vibranium mesh suit. He's in his classic suit.

T'Challa has no knowledge of Bane. Bane is hired to take him down, and waits for the opportunity to strike. Can T'Challa overcome the odds and win, or will Bane break him the way that he broke Batman?

Panther. I believe he is that skilled.

What do you mean by no spirit powers?
His physical stats from the herb and such, or some kooky amp i'm unaware of?

If he's still git his stats, suit or not, he could likely split, considering this is an ambush, but BP is really, really good.

So, split, or he'd lose a slight majority. The ambush makes the difference.
If BP can survive the initial attack he's more than skilled enough to win.
But i cant take away from Bane.

Bane rips him apart with or without any amp.

What about Panther's energy daggers, or whatever they are, are they considered part of his Vibranium suit, or just gear that he uses?

I would personally put them as going with the suit. Otherwise this fight is over before it begins.
