Honestly it can go either way.
I know that KK is put at "kryptonian-levels" but that's not that simple.
In fact the skills provided via martial arts training at high-level in comics often trumps the abilities of beings physically superior.
That's consistent in the comic book history.
I believe that Mantis and Karate Kid are the top dogs in this match-up.
Karate Kid mastered more techniques than Mantis but she is ultra-specialized in pressure-points techniques and able to kick the ass of beings capable to read her mind via only attacking via pure reflexes, or KO the likes of Thor in one blow.
If I recall correctly too Karate Kid best feat was against Equus.
Captain America and Batman play a lovely game of "lets try to figure out which one of us is more useless here".

You keep mentioning this as if characters don't have low end feats. If I made a "KK vs Batman" thread right now would you respond to it by saying Batman would win?
