But the turnabout spell has been cast on Supes! So any damage he has inflicted on John, will be turned back on him.

It's just the way that Constantine is, when he gets time to prepare you really doesn't want to fight him. He is like Reed with magic instead of technology. As DarkSaint said, best bet is to just nuke the earth from afar, even if Constantine had a backup ready in the form of the turnabout spell, it wouldn't damage Galactus to a significant degree, but with one day of prep, when Galctus arrives at the battlefield he will be greeted by a pile of rubble floating in space, the earth having mysteriously been destroyed, he will buy it and leave, the end.
