If flash himself is High Herald and has speeds putting him billions of times faster than light. And World Breaker Hulk is high herald.

Your thread is created under the assumption that you know everything about the Jolly Green Giant.
You're forgetting one key piece of evidence though:
Hulk once caught a time atom fired out of a cannon created to fire 32 light years in a second which was going to create a second big bang and overlap a universe on 616. It fizzled harmlessly in his enclosed fist when it should have big banged. Even Cho was at a loss for words.

Hey you should go to Youtube, read a few Our Worlds at War issues, and then read Incredible Hulk: Heart of the Monster and get a firsthand impression for yourself. Everyone has an opinion. World Breaker Hulk displayed more power than a Herald in my opinion by quite a bit.
Superman is clearly stronger than WBH but perhaps not quite as fast as Flash. Superman, more so than any other superhero, is constantly holding back in order to not cause massive damage to everything and everyone around him. Thus, whenever Superman is holding back greatly (which is most of the time) he might only rank as high-end high herald. But he can become much more powerful basically at will.

1. Superman is not as fast as flash at his best. Superman has to push himself harder than flash just to match flash.
2. Flash can do more than be fast. He can steal speed, etc.
3. Superman is not stronger than WBH. It's not really that close either. Hulk feat is only comparable with Primes feat. Think of the power to destroy billions of planets with a single blow.
