i still feel it would be close, because i read that dooku told general grievous he would probably lose or have a very hard time winning against cin if he ever came across him. also, windu had a struggle fighting grievous, and he was the best practioner of vaapad, and sora was probably 2nd or 3rd best.
i certainly dont think that cin could beat windu. soooo, this would seriously be a good fight.

Dooku never said Cin would beat Grievous.
"By the time of the Clone Wars, Master Drallig was old[5] but still one of the Jedi's top swordsmen,[1] his skills described as being "nearly unparalleled."[8] It was the conviction of Count Dooku that the cyborg General Grievous' unpolished fighting style would not save him, should he ever have to face off against Master Drallig."[22]

Taken in context where Dooku is chiding him. Considering Grievous has already proved himself against one of the people Dooku mentioned in the very same novel and Cin's own performance I doubt it means much if anything.

... Right but it's not a statement. It's Dooku attempting to chide Grievous.
This is the actual quote if anyone cares:
An Ataro attack answered by Shü-Cho; Soresu answered by Lus-ma…

Dooku couldn't suffer another moment of it.

"No, no, stop, stop," he yelled, coming to his feet and striding to the
middle of the training circle, his arms extended to both sides. When he was
certain that he had their attention, he swung to Grievous. "Power moves
served you well on Hypori against Jedi such as Daakman Barrek and Tarr Seir.
But I pity you should you have to face off against any of the Council
Masters." He called into hand his courtly, curve-handled lightsaber and drew
a rapid X in the air--a Makashi flourish. "Do I need to demonstrate what
responses you can expect from Cin Drallig or Obi-Wan Kenobi? From Mace Windu
or, stars help you, Yoda?"

He was teaching Grievous. Never did he even hint that Cin could actually beat him.
