What live action street levelers could dodge blaster bolts?

I think this is an interesting discussion seeing as blaster bolts are largely inconsistent in their depictions of speed. Using strictly live action characters, what individuals do you believe could dodge blaster bolts if they were to face droids or stormtroopers? Do they dodge via bullet timing speed, clearly perceiving the bolt, or via some method of precognition?

Every action hero can dodge blaster bolts somewhat. We see it all the time. Now if the question was, which street leveller can dodge blaster bolts WITHOUT running, that's different.

Doesn't Han Solo manage to move his head out of the way of one?

Well, not a blaster bolt, but it looks like Hawkeye was fast enough to dodge a blast from an Ultron bot at around 1:38.

Daredevil, probably. Well, the movie version, anyway. Will see next weekend what happens in Daredevil Season 2.

Cain Wise of Jupiter Ascending. I think he'd be a street leveler, but his boots give him massive mobility.
