If it's FFA then probably SIdious tbh. Sidious versus any of these teams would fall, but if they are fighting each other, Sidious with his inhuman speed advantage, operating on an entirely another level surely wins.
Fighting one of the teams directly, Sidious vs. Team 2 or Team 3 wouldn't stand a chance, but with a loose combat going on between the others, Sidious's inhuman speed beyond their reach, or his Force power allowing him to easily ragdoll anybody sans Vader and Marek, will basically allow Sidious to cut down too many members from either Team 2 or Team 3.
