Not necessarily, if those characters are mere Dark Forces ripoffs. We'll have to see, though. Trailer doesn't give them a great justice.

I know you're not a Vader fan, but I'm actually hoping for a few scenes with him. Or at least a few great Tarkin scenes. And it'll be great to see AT ST and AT AT with today's special effects.

The imbecile w/ robotic legs screaming "save the rebellion, save the dream" is incredibly annoying in the trailer, btw.

I like the direction of the trailer.

We will get a few scenes probably very brief interactions with Vader. I wouldn't rule him out in the other anthology films stuck in the same era. I really want a connection to the episode eight and have my own theories as to what could happen. I won't have to wait long to find out.

If only Trek could learn from Wars and do a war film in their own universe as well. The possibilities there could be awesome but I doubt it'll ever come to pass.

Yeah but with Tarkin and Leia they probably don't want to recast, as this is a direct Prequel to ANH. After watching this you should be able to go home and watch ANH.

The dude in the white uniform is the guy who gets choked out by Bane in The Dark Knight Rises. I wonder if Vader is going to choke him out in this flick.
