Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

All I know is that when I saw this in a crowded theater. I saw more people playing with their phones or just flat out falling ASLEEP then I ever had while at the movies.

This Bore Fest didn't even grab the "So Bad its Good" vibe like some other movies.

Yeah, it was boring. That's exactly what it was.

Nice to see that you agreeing with common sense.

Yeah, it sucked.

But every die-hard Star Wars fan loved it because "Star Wars movie." It had Star Wars things and blind guy was cool.

And those people are called FAN-ATICS!!

I don't know how to account for it having such a high rating on RT (85%).

This is a bunch of bologna...

Critics Consensus: Rogue One draws deep on Star Wars mythology while breaking new narrative and aesthetic ground -- and suggesting a bright blockbuster future for the franchise.

Because RT is run by said Fan-Atics?

Well, most major critics that contribute to RT are FAN-ATICS, I guess. Yeah.

That and they really don't wanna Piss off The Mouse.

Damn Straight Skippy.

Ok, just because I didn't love this doesn't mean it was boring and terrible. It was no Force Awakens but it was better than Riddick by far.

R1 was great. I personally rate it higher than Force Awakens.

It was a movie made for fanboys. I bet you loved the last scene in which Vader completely and utterly failed despite his powers against some of the weakest grunts to ever show their faces in a galaxy far, far away. Force Awakens was a lot better.

They werent as weak as the Ultron Clones in the AoU... 😂

The clones in AoU could be utterly destroyed by a small woman with a taser!

😉

Have you guys seen the following?

Apparently the TRUE Dark Lord of the Sith was watching the heroes from the shadows during Rogue One:

Oh that stupid fanboy theory.

It actually has some teeth...

The voice actor for Jar Jar did confirm that some (but not all) of the Fan Theory was accurate:

And yet gone back to Naboo to be a street performer.

Call it what you want, but we know the actor himself says this:

"What I can say about it is – and I kinda said this on Twitter –there's a lot about it that's true"

So given that that indicates, at a bare minimum, that Jar Jar was atleast a Force User, its very suspicious that he would show up in Rogue One as he did...

I mean, look at him; he isnt smiling or acting goofy...

He's standing in shadow away from the main characters, but he's watching them intently...

Clearly there is more here than meets the eye given what we know of the character...

But whatever...

I dont think they threw Jar Jar in there just for the hell of it...
