Listening to Gareth Edwards I have high hopes for this. He certainly seems to get Star Wars better than J J Abrams from the impression I'm getting at least.

I thought the new trailer was supposed to come out today?

Nice little behind the scenes video, though. Looks like it could be better than The Force Awakens.

There was one but it was exclusively revealed to people at Celebration.

It is kinda ironic that, despite being set immediately before ANH, this film seems to be far more creative when it comes to designs than TFA was.

Uh... That doesn't refute anything.

JUst becasue a charcater dies doesn't mean the tone is dark. Obi-Wan dies in ANH and the film is still very light.

I could care less either way, I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy every single beat ad scene when I see this

Light, dark, who cares. It's SW, that's all that matters.

Felicity as Jyn looks nice.

My only worry are the Vader scenes, I'm probably expecting too much awesomeness from those.

My worry isn't that it's going to be too light or too dark. My worry is simply studio interference.

Still, that's all rumors, everything officially released so far has been awesome. Plus Vader... droolio

No. There is a good chance that it won't be officially released to the public. There is a recording of the trailer on r/starwarsleaks. But I wouldn't recommend watching it as the quality is terrible and he barely recorded any of the screen managing to only capture the corner most of the time.

I don't know. Agree on everything else though; looks pretty promising.
