Deadpool doesn't have the strength to KO Logan after everything he's tanked since X2. If Juggernaut and Silver Samurai can't knock him out, Wade isn't.

Wolverine wins.

Wolverine is stronger and a tougher fighter than Deadpool.

Deadpool also tends to underesteemate a lot. Logan however is straightforward.

This fight would be never-ending IMO. Because neither of these guys are KO'ing the other one, considering Wade has taken hits from Colossus without being KO'd himself.
