Better physicality, better telekinesis, repaired mind so should have the same skill TPM Maul had (admittedly he was newbish with using the legs at first, but seemed to have adjusted about halfway through the fight when he landed that quadruple kick combo on Kenobi)

I don't know, it seems like it could go either way to me. Like, Ventress kicked him in the face a couple times during the fight, and I don't think there was really an apparent skill edge between Kenobi and Maul during the course of the fight (and Ventress should maybe(?) be at a similar skill level to the Kenobi Maul fought during the fight, given he was previously beaten the shit out of by Maul and Savage before Ventress came to rescue him, and Maul only really gained an edge over Kenobi when he used Dun Möch).

Also, I think Ventress could tank Maul's kicks just as well or better than Kenobi did. And what basis does Maul have better telekinesis at that stage?

Maul's pre-TPM TK is good enough on its own, plus even if they're evenly matched in skill, which I disagree with, Maul would still outlast her via better endurance.

Ventress is equally skilled but she's outclassed physically and in the force though not by a large margin. She'd give him a hell of a fight but ultimately Maul would emerge the victor.
