Of course. Thor can't affect the intangibile. The vision showing is often misinterpreted. Vision wasn't completely intangibile there. He was increasing his density more and more. When Thor affected him, Vision wasn't completely solid but rather a less dense phase (like liquid or air).

Lol MM is a mess. It's bad enough his showings are shit but now they need to differentiate a guy with shit showings from the average Martian. That'd be like retconning Rhino's origin to say he's more powerful than a Rhino because he injected Power Gem fragments up his anus.
