All very easily using super speed except Surfer.
I believe Superman can get a good hit on Surfer in less than 1 min. After that the fight is downhill for Surfer and Superman could win in under 5 min.

Gladiator has high end super speed, so the only reason he'd fail at tossing Hulk into space is because of the plot. Either that or Hulk can somehow just negate the effect of gravity now.

Kal would find it very difficult to get rid of Hulk. Especially in 5 minutes.
