If Martians or any other alien species, attacked earth but it was not the whole civilization who attacked us

Would political correctness apply to Martians or aliens?

Would people say "well not all of them did it, just a few of them, and they should be brought to justice"

I dunno, do we have detailed knowledge about the history, political and socio-economic backgrounds of these aliens that makes labeling them all as monsters an exercise in ignorance and nothing else?

Lets say we knew it a large group of the aliens that attacked us. But not the entire race.

Well just going on the information present..no I do not think PC would apply to them. Or rather I would hope it wouldn't. I think when you begin attacking and killing people all bets are off.

I just look at it another way: killing people is..well, killing them. You don't come back from that unless you're some sort of wizard. Whereas not being PC to someone, whoever they are, really should be something any sane sentient being can deal with.
