On a positive note, I did like the trailer. I'm not worried about this movie as much as I'm dreading another Snyder film in Justice League.

Doing the WW Solo/Orgin story before Justice League is actually one of the things they're doing right.
Now if only they could delay Justice League by a year (like they did BvS), so we get The Flash and Aquaman solo films first as well...
I know there are a few who want to get down on the Nolan influence, but their direct involvement in the Bat Trilogy and input on MoS served all four films well. I get that you want each film to be its own thing, but if nothing else the overall tone of those they were involved with very much felt like comics brought to life the right way. It's strange to me that DC's universe seems to be all over the place in terms of delivery, scope, and integration when the first of their recent returns to the big screen were so well done and well received.
I also get that the casting isn't easy, but you make sure you get it right. That's kind of the funny thing. I watched this documentary on one of the best known casting directors of the past few decades and the whole time it had me thinking on how at the end of some movies I just kind of reflect that it's amazing how things come together when they pick the right people and how it's probably not as widely acknowledged as it should be. Anyway I'm off on a tangent here, but bottom line is that it seems like DC as a whole has very poor direction with their franchises in more ways than one.

Nolan's influence wouldn't be such a bad thing had he hired someone else instead of Zack Snyder. The serious tone of the movies needed to be balanced by optimism from Superman (which we never got). That and his tendency to put style over substance are the reason the DCCU has very poor direction (we'll see after Suicide Squad). I would like to think Geoff Johns could set him straight, but I thought Affleck and Terri could, too.
