There's the Abom scene which I believe he healed from. There's also the scene at the college campus... I believe he was shown to have taken damage... even looked burned in parts. After that he takes Betty up into the mountains and looks no worse for the wear. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I thought that is how it went.
Can you post a clip of him healing? Because I just watched the movie and saw no such thing.

The bleeding slowed down or stopped bleeding, but the wound is still visible after the fight, here's a still right when the lights hit Hulk and he leaves Betty.

So if this Hulk has a HF, it's very slow compared to characters like Ang Lee's Hulk, Wolverine, Deadpool, Sabretooth, Deathstrike etc

Well you could probably cut off his head with the proper weapon like Wonder Woman chopped his hand off. Even if he regrows a spike in place of a head, don't know how he'd still function.

Eh, didn't Hulk regrow his head once? Doomsday doing something similar wouldn't be too surprising to me.
