Anyway, Superman clearly has his bio aura since even a nuke couldn't damage his suit, it's not a stretch to say he didn't have full control over it that early in his career when he couldn't even fly. It makes perfect sense with the rest of his durability feats.

Tbh even though that may be the case, until someone outright says it, it doesn't count IMO.
They said it in the 1 Ang Lee Hulk film, but never once in Hulk's 3 MCU films he's in.

Yeah, but we see Norton Hulk get mad and the overpower the Abomination at the end of Incredible Hulk, so we can deduce that his powers function the same as in the comics. Same with MoS, he tanked much worse things in MoS and BvS after Jor-El told him to test his limits. We know he was afraid of using his powers because of Pa Kent, and we know he hadn't fully explored them because he never learned to fly in 33 years, while it took Zod only a couple of days.
