Agent Smiths shockwaves prodced in his brawl with Neowere larger than the ones Zod/Kal el made, and neither Kryptonians has an answer for being assimilated (if that's allowed). Hancocks durability >> the Kryptonians as well so probably team 1

Team 1. Hancock is the fastest and Im not sure how they can put Smith down.
