Something like that. Although 2,3, and 4 i might to think about a bit more.

Nobu held off Matt and Elektra simultaneously and broke Ele's arm/beat her which I thought was a better feat than anything Batroc did.

Nobu was strange to me in that series. He beat Matt a few times and then got the snot knocked out of him when they fought in the warehouse trying to rescue Stick. Hard to gauge really, but I guess Nobu is a bit better.
