joker vs carnage the two psychopaths

I think it's crazier carnage is due to random death and wildcard as intelligent reasons that would be less crazy, but that's just my opinion, I wonder who would be the craziest ?

I think carnage look crazier, but might be because since he is more powerful is easier for him to kill
