The Gem has displayed a level of power far above what Doomsday withstood on panel, with that said Ronan doesn't have the Gem here so he gets obliterated.

Movie DD is organic, he was created from a Kryptonian corpse and human DNA. It doesn't make much sense that human blood made him stronger than as a pure Kryptonian, but he is organic. Not that it matters here.

He only defended himself after he got sprayed with Kryptonite. Batman was close to losing despite fighting a reluctant and weakend Superman.
