You'd have to powerscale him to Reeve's Superman, as he had no combat showings in that film. Apart from that if he inherits the feats from the prior films Doomsday probably can't even react to his speed

Returns was strong enough to lift an island of kryptonite and had ftl speed. I think he could take a freshly created Doomsday, who hasn't absorbed and adapted yet.
