Daredevil takes too many shots to KO normal fodder. Boyka is a legit heavyweight, used to taking out guys bigger than him. Plus as great as the fight choreography is on Daredevil (which gives us an idea of DD's skill), it's still nowhere near the choreography in Undisputed II and III.
