Skillfully, we only see him fighting off the Inquisitors and never pressing them or outright defeating them in a duel in Season 2. I'd wager his force connection is reasonable, but his level of skill to me is highly ambiguous. She should take this normally unless he has a Filoni PIS moment

Exactly. One point when he's having a really good day he can beat all of them and another, when he's having a bad day, one can hold him off. If that one wiped the floor with him then sure, that would be a problem, but just hold him off? That's entirely feasible.
