Most Overrated and Underrated Fiction characters?

We can mention any fiction characters(from Comics, Games, Animes etc.) that is/are overrated and . Let me start this

Overrated:
Dante(because people think Dante beats Superman, Thor, Sentry or Green Lantern. And also, they think he could solo the GoW verse)
Hulk(Just because he getting madder when he took a damage and he dealt with Thor, people said he's in Thor's level)
Batman(people thinks he could beat everyone in a prep but there's more character that could beat him with a prep)
Deadpool(people thinks he can't be beated just because he's immortal)
All prototype video game characters(because people thinks they are so powerful and they think they could match Hulk)
Master Chief(people thinks he could shot any character with any Halo weapons)
All DBZ characters(especially Goku, people thinks Goku beats Superman in a fight)
Etc.

Underrated:
Kratos
Samus Aran
Cole MacGrath
Asura
The Thing
Hercules(Marvel)
Etc.

Can you mention it?

And also, people said Deadpool is better than Deathstroke but i think DS is better because Deathstroke is smarter and more intelligent while Deadpool is crazy and idiot and also Deadpool is Childish

Also i create this on this forum because i just like to create into this forum hehehe

do you mean overrated and underrated in term of power ? ok here my list :

overated :
-superman (death battle)
-goku (death battle)
-batman
- naruto
- all of nintendo character (especially mario)

underated :
- kratos (most people only played the game, and sometimes got hated by xbox, PC or even nintendo fanboys) the fans also did not even know if gow novel and comic is canon to the game
- prototype character
- infamous character
- hyperdimension neptunia character ( i want to try make the respect thread)
- etc....
