Superman (Reeve) vs. Batman (West)

Christopher Reeve's Superman vs. Adam West's Batman.

1 month prep. Both have access to all movies/tv shows of the other for info and feats. Fighters are fighting in character and have morals on but.... if Superman loses the writers kill Lois Lane. If Batman loses the writers kill Robin. Winner via KO, tap out or death. Does Superman's uber powers conquer Batman's uber gadgets?

Anti-Superman Kryptonite spray for the win. The guy even had shark repellent, so it's not that much of a stretch.

Either that, or he just asks Clark to ride a horse... yeah, I'm going to hell.
