Sonny wins, and to be honest, it's not all that close. Now, if Cap gets his shield, he'll likely win a solid majority. Without it though, don't see it

I don't see Sonny surviving long against the Ultron that Cap fought. Based off that, I say Cap wins. Won't be an easy win though.

Sonny's faster, more agile and more durable than Cap, don't see why he couldn't hit and evade for some time the same as Cap did.

Cap has to break a faster opponent who can survive a 30+ story drop straight down to concrete, don't see how he's doing that without his shield before he gets messed up himself. Add the shield and it's an entirely different match, otherwise Cap's fighting an opponent that won't tire and each punch taken will be as powerful as the first, time is on Sonny's side.

Why? They have the same power set... except sonny is faster, more durable, and arguably slightly stronger.

Spot on, and exactly how I feel about it. I'd even venture to say he's also likely as strong as Cap as well.. along with the other advantages you've mentioned.

Because a lot of what allowed Cap to hang in with Ultron was his fighting skill, which Sonny doesn't have. Speed and strength are there but not the fighting skill. And I'm unsure if Sonny will even try to evade hits from Ultron, did he ever duck and dodge in his movie? Can't remember. But if he doesn't, he'll be taking hits from a larger, stronger robot and it's not going to do him any good.

He did do some dodging... He evaded gun fire a few times. Even in the hallway scene... he avoids attacks and pull off some crazy moves.

This is a pretty solid fight for Sonny.
