I think given the setting that Hitman stands a higher chance of killing WS then the other way around, but to each his own.

Bucky's on a higher level than either Hitman has ever faced. And Nu-Hitman had trouble with Sylar since he had the Titanium dermal armor implanted under his skin. If it gets to a close range fight, Hitman is done for without a doubt.

If he can get a shot off, I say there's a chance he hits Bucky, and a chance Bucky dodges it.
