Not to dump on Bullseye, but I don't think that he's on Shiva's level. I'd give him better odds against Deadshot as that would be a fight more within the realm of his ability. I'd give her a 90% chance of closing the distance with him within the first 5 seconds. Then I'd give her a 90% chance of beating the shit out of him within the remaining 55. Not too sure that I'd give Bullseye the win against Batgirl either. No offense.

She has movement reading like her daughter cass Caine. She can basically see where your going to throw the punch/slash wepon before you take aim. She'd have any wepon dodged before Lester released it.
scared? lol it happened so fast he didn't have time to be scared..... bullseye resorted to the gun because even he knew matt was his superior and he needed the gun to even things up, even though it was basically ooc for him to use it. if shiva has the same body reading as cass, the gun wouldn't matter, but i was curious if anyone could prove it, or had scans (aside from narration and abc feats) that could prove she could dodge. imo, she could avoid it, or avoid a killing blow and get in close to end him, but finding on-panel feats for her isn't exactly easy....

Bullseye's greatest feats involve DD and Elektra, the later of the two primarily because he spent months fighting holograms of Elektra's recorded moves.
Shiva has taken on Richard Dragon, Bronze Tiger, Cassandra Cain, etc. She's in a whole different weight class than Bullseye. She rips out his spine.
Hell, the last time he fought Elektra (who was drugged, poisoned, sleep deprived, and injured) he had Hawkeye's whole arsenal at his disposal and she blew up the bullet he tossed at her in his face with her sai and then ran him throught with one of his own arrows.

i have the whole thing somewhere and i know it's online. he shoots dd through the shoulder and beats him up some. never figured why dd didn't read the pull of the trigger and dodge or swat the bullet like he's done so many times..... good aim doesn't make the bullet move faster, nor does it prevent dd from reading him.
