If both characters are conforming to their profiles, strengths and weaknesses, I think a big key to this fight will be the "selfconfidence" issue.
Although im not a fan of recent incarnations of Hulk, ALL incarnations have 2 common factors:
1. When fighting a Hulk, unexpected things happen. Maybe he will be able to survive the unsurvivable. Maybe he will move faster than he normally can. Maybe he will actually have a strategy, or maybe go completely berserk when you r expecting a strategy. We have all seen fights where the writer creates confusion, surprise and worry for Hulk's opponent.
In Gladiator's case, that would mean a grizzly end. Especially since his abilities can actually be affected by these emotions.
2. And, the fact that Hulk has always been written to be a very imposing character. Loud, angry, illogical and sometimes, just nasty. And, he does not pause, rethink, look for a way out.
I think he is a bad match for Gladiator. Hyperion, Thor, Superman, and others like them, would have a better chance, even if Gladiator may b more powerful, technically, than some of the others.
My final pick would b Hulk.
Hulk with a Silver Bullet ftw.

He works as a "call center manager" in other words He answers the phones 😂 I believe in a credit card fraud call center. So he is used to people unloading shit on him and he just bends over and takes it, he is trained to be that way, servile and submissive. Ass kissing is just natural for him, he is also so used to lie to people over the phone; that he does the same thing over here, he gives the run around then backtracks and ends up being submissive, just like a "call center manager" 😂
Is just part of who he is.
On topic I think Glads wins if he doesn't job as usual
Lol at me answering calls. I'm a DIRECTOR, not a CSR. How are you doing buddy?
