Vader and Galen Marek run the gauntlet

I love how you put the Son and Daughter in here. I mean, I know they're the last round, but do you really think its even worth discussion?

Caedus put Luke in a bacta tank for several days, while every Legends depiction of a confrontation between Vader and Palpatine has the former being horribly defeated. This is why Vader is so terrified of facing Palpatine and didn't think he could do it even with Starkiller (which one of the sourcebooks confirms), who Sidious basically one-shots in the dark side ending to the first game, and one-shots Vader in a deleted scene from the second.

Except a Luke that's not jobbing destroys Caedus arguably more easily than Sidious could Vader.

He wasn't jobbing; he was bloodlusted and wanted to kill Jacen from the start. You could argue that he was tossed into a few environmental hazards that a calmer Skywalker could've avoided, but even without those thorns Caedus still got some hits of his own in, far more than Vader could pull against Sidious, IMHO.

In a pure contest of the Force, I agree with you (Luke routinely humiliates Caedus with this). And a calmer Luke probably would've just telekinetically f*cked Caedus like he had done earlier. But in a clash of blades, the gap between Luke and Caedus is probably more like the gap between the Mustafar Emokin and Obi Wan. And I don't think Starkiller and Vader together could do much of anything in a lightsaber duel with Luke or Palpatine.

Depends, what versions of Krayt and what version of Anakin and Kenobi?

^ prime.

That's a pretty good analysis, but it doesn't really change what I was saying. For one thing, I think it's odd that s/he tries to dismiss Caedus's pain advantage as circumstantial rather than, you know, a part of his skillset. I think it's somewhat fair to point out that Caedus saved himself by anchoring to the tendrils, although I don't see why he couldn't have just anchored himself to a wall or something. And it's pretty silly that he semantically downplays every hit Caedus gets in and uses pretty descriptive imagery to hype up Luke's. But let's ignore Caedus's tactical acumen and just look at non-environmental hits -

So, Luke's saber scores: 111 Physical: 111111 Force: 1
Caedus's saber scores: Physical: 1111

So yeah, Luke clearly had the advantage (although also the element of surprise), but Caedus still got four good hits in. Could you imagine Vader or Starkiller doing anything to Sidious in a duel?

Yes.

Luke was already injured
Also luke is a good bit above caedus in dueling ( I mean come on it's luke, we all know he's inconsistent but he's still the strongest there is) and in the force it's such a big difference it's a joke haha he didn't even make a gesture and caedus couldn't move a muscle
So a normal luke is above caedus probably more so than sidious is above vader

As for the gauntlet, possible defeat at 11 depending on where you rate kol
Same for 12
13 they definitely lose
Win 14
Stomped in 15

16.

Any where from 11-13

up

The order's wack, but they should be able to handle... most? of these?

All characters their primes unless otherwise stated, composite canon, battles take place in the Emperor's throne room, full/rest recovery, winner determined by wins /100.

Round 1: Force
Round 2: Sabers
Round 3: All-out

Warm-up/trash: 4 Kas'ims
Warm-up/trash: Bane and Zannah
Warm-up/trash: Scourge and Meetra
Warm-up/trash: pre-Nathema Vitiate

1. RoT anti-Bane strike team
2. Rebels Inquisitors
3. Ahsoka, Old Maul, Kanan and Erza
4. Darth Revan and Malak
5. Malgus and Satele
6. Exar Kun and Freedon Nadd
7. Revan, Scourge and Meetra
8. HoT and Emperor's Wrath II
9. Dooku and Qui Gon
10. Anakin and Obi Wan
11. Krayt and Kol
12. Kyp and Kyle
13. Caedus and Mara Jade
14. TPM Palpatine
15. DE Luke and Jaina Solo
16. TUF Luke and Shimrra
17. Son and Daughter

Lmao @ the trash/warm-up matches. While I agree that pre-Nathema Vit and 4 Kas'ims indeed would be trash for this duo, I would not consider Surik, Zannah and Bane trash, tbh.

Anyway, 6 gives them some trouble, as well as 7 [mainly because Revan Reborn and Kun], but they potentially go down at 15, definitely 16.

Wha? Pre Nathema Vitiate would stomp Meetra and Scourge. He'd die horribly to Bane and Zannah though, yeah.
