Mace < Luke
Anakin < Jaina (it's heavily implied that this Jaina = Luke, given that Caedus, who thought it was Luke, never suggested she was weaker than expected. Granted it seems likely that Jaina didn't get Luke's technical skill or familiarity with her powers, but it still probably puts her above this Anakin)
Kenobi > Malgus (not sure if Malgus was even that amped)
