you have to brake one of you'r records on one the mini games then kill you'r self and then do that again and you will ghost in a black trench coat now there will be swat vs other guys. and try not to kill the other guys just kill the swat guys until you die

I belive that this whole neo level is a button cheat , in away pushing some random buttons but not really. Instead its like going in and out of a room or a walking a certain way code. Im sure its just the shortcut to getting neo, not the official way of getting him. Soon we should get the answers.

Or maybe , to get neo its not a typing in the console code , maybe its a random pushing of buttons on the controller , sorta like GTA Vice city . To use certain cheats you have to push : for example Right , Left , L2 , L1 ,down start or something. Maybe thats what we need to do , and maybe once we find the correct buttons , neo will apear with his signiture moves.

What Pyro is saying about needing to be able to fly to get the Agent's training room makes sense. For instance, every time Ghost falls off of the platform you knock the SWAT dudes off of, he dies. At the bottom where he falls are the inaccessible doors, right? Neo may have to fly down their to get into those which may lead to the Agent training simulation. I have yet to see prisoners fighting SWAT guys, but perhaps this balcony door that has since been unreachable with Niobe and Ghost is also the door to the Agent's training room. Very, very interesting.

i want neo heaps, but i dont think ill be able to get him because im not good enough at the game to get through all these hard levels without cheats

listen people im fairly new to this forum thing , im dedicated to get the one (neo) but i want to make sure that he is actuelly in da game if any of u have hard evidence that he is in da game tell me. i heard that u can unlock him if u finish da game on hard with both characters it is possible after all it the easy things which we dont see

i have no clue, i played the normal training. the guy that does know is being a pain and not clarifying.

ppl say that to get neo you have to play training with no cheats and he will eventually apear. try it.

it has been sugjested that getting neo is somehow possible through the hacking program, but we have tried everything that we could thik of. May be you are the one that will crack it. this is actually a the same trhread as the former neo new moves that has been closed .... only i am the host now in that thread many came and came far to get neo so i am will open this trhead and hop we will get neo... in the game of course....

the las few posts was about gettting neo by first get ghost in his black sute and the go to the room with ballards fighting swat and then fight as long as possible WITHOUT cheats... well i will be happy to hear from someone......
