It says you need to beat vertigo on hard , and neo becomes acessable.

I have an idea for anyone who wants to try and get neo the "Ghost on hard with Vertigo level" way...use either gameshark or code breaker to play the game on hard till that point...it's not using cheats becausethe game doesn't know you are...as long as you dont use the cheats in hacking, that should work...the game won't know you are cheating...that is, only however if the whole thing with Neo Reloaded (then backwards) is real...im with you, NeotheOne...i want proof

All i have to say is , i think if none of this stuff works and all our asumptions and thinks as well. Lets just wait for the latest game shark to come out and just access neo from there. Unless we all find a way that is 100% guarUNteed to work.

exactly, i dont want to waste my time playing on hard, which is called hard for a reason BTW, if i really need to, i can wait for the next game, i have a feeling you start as neo from the begenning, from when trinity talks to you on your computer, an action RPG, but thats off topic, i want some proof dammit!

i know this is irrelevant to this thread, but i cant seem to get help anywhere, can someone please tell me how to download new fight styles, or whatever, i keep seeing in interviews with the makers of the game that this option is possible, so does anyone know how

you are prlly right, but lets backtrack to the sword dsk. it is one of many possible training sims, so who knows maybe you can hack new moves...juss a thought, i juss dont know of anyone that could do this, even with the pc version but they say its possible

Altar...did you get Neo? I beat Vertigo on hard, but I don't know exactly what to do from there. If you did get Neo, why are you say, "let's just wait til the new gameshark comes out, then we can access Neo."
