My friend Andy says that in order to play two missions as neo, you must beat the game as both characters on the hardest difficulty setting. Then, complete the hacking mission (that isnt all that hard). Then, unlock the training construct. According to him, after you beat the mission in one door, another (the other red one) unlocks. Then, after that one, another one. then another, and so on. When you go to the very last door, it will take you to the neo missions. According to what he told me, the first is to fly and catch Trin, the second to guide his hand to extract the bullet. I dont know if what he says is true, but it is worth a shot. 👽
