3. Type in the 3 cheats
4. Do neo reloaded 3 times
5. Reboot
6. Login as COWBOYCURTIS
7. Listen to all morphs messages
8. Enter the cheats
9. Decode neo unlocked
10. Enter neo reloaded 1 more time

The message from morpheaus is right after you typed "cowboycurtis" as a passcode. There is also one when you get the list of phone numbers. 👽

It does not work. Stop trying it. I went over it a few times. I got nothing and it doesn't work. The bomb is due to the cheats. I have done it a few times and it did not work.
