Yes, i even went through and watched them all, all are accessible by watching them whilst playing the game...None i watched had Neo in or were new ones i had never seen.....Is there supposed to be locked ones then? All you have to do is go into hacking and press L1+R1+L2+R2 and it opens up everything, then go down to play and it has all the FMV's there
