Not sure, Godzilla died from a few missiles, whereas the Leviathan's armor was missile proof.

Different missiles but yeah. Zilla was shit, but he has a massive strength and speed advantage in this fight and should win almsost every time.

On a side note, how horrible is the Leviathan as a military weapon? I mean, this is an advanced civilization and their main war machine is some kind of space-worm that slowly floats around and runs its head into things. Seriously has to be one of the worst military inventions ever.
