Infinity 6, but I admit I was wrong about Hulk- had to go back and read it. Proxima took Hulk out after Thanos hit him in the initial assault and sent him through a dozen buildings or whatever.
Proxima took out Cap, Corvus is taken out by Hyperion, Captain Marvel takes out Proxima.
By the end of that issue it's Thor, Captain Marvel, and Hyperion vs. Thanos, leading to this scan:
We have a pretty beaten up Thor, a Hyperion being blasted to god knows where, and what is PROBABLY Carol (since Cap was KO'ed) in the shadows there. Thanos is fine- he's barely scratched here and looks a hell of a lot better than he did when black bolt let loose on him earlier in infinity.

Had a feeling you were talking about that. Lol...Thor cloths being torn doesn't mean he is damaged. Thanos never fought Hyperion. Thanos punched Hulk once and Hulk smiled at that punch. Hulk was then taken out by Proxima blade. Thanos snuck attack Binary/Captain Marvel while she was fighting Proxima. Corvus stabbed Hyperion and took him out.

Hyperion was the one that killed Corvus, not the other way around. The scan above shows Hyperion still up (but getting blasted) by Thanos after Corvus had been obliterated by heat vision.
I'm not saying he wasn't hurt (because he was) but Corvus did NOT defeat hyperion and Hyperion was still standing and fighting- hell he was perfectly fine and looking totally undamaged at the end of the issue when Cap was just coming around from being KOed.
You have your way to interpret events, I have mine. From the way I see it that last panel shows the three of them trying to fight Thanos and failing. You want to disagree, go ahead.

Durability gave way after battling 25,000 mercs with blades, axes etc. Majestic doesn't have all the other allies here.

Wolverine claws wouldn't have killed him as proven with Thanos let Lord Marvel plunge the cancerverse sword through his chest and survived.
