Had forgotten about it here. It jsut that the country I was staying in had blocked the browser's network

UC Browser is now a spyware app that sends data to the Chinese government IT servers.

I would suggest to use a more privacy-focused browser like Firefox, Edge, Vivaldi, or Brave.

Most (if not all) Chinese browsers have the same problem, tbh.

There are many modified versions available on the web (with telemetry turned off or reduced somewhat), but looking for those can be time-consuming sometimes.
