The dread masters can make soldiers insane and kill pilots, can Luke handle their power?

Maybe, but I doubt he'd win on his first try.

How can Luke stop them if they can scare many soldiers and pilots?

Can they bring Luke to his knees?

I mean, he wasn't really knighted in an official ceremony. Yoda just sort of tells him that he must confront Vader and then he'll be a Jedi...I guess that counts.

Kidding aside, I think that Luke curbstomps the dread masters, Arcann and Jadus at the same time, but I'm more anti-TOR than the average KMCer.
