BTW, my OP isn't even that trollish, since Jadus can teleport, which constitutes speed as it involves moving a large distance in a short period of time.

It's not hypocrisy, I honestly believed the things I argued. You, however, are trolling. Badly.

Whether I believe in certain conclusions is independent of whether the arguments supporting them are reasonable, and only the latter is related to having productive discussion. People argue for things they don't believe in all the time (even heard of "devil's advocate"?) - competitive debate, for example, or, you know, the entire legal profession. There are some organizations where some individuals are appointed to be devil's advocate and try to point out flaws in consensus viewpoints.

One of Charlie Munger's signature quotes is that you shouldn't have an opinion on something until you can argue for the other side better than the other side can. Ironically enough, I can often argue for your position better than you can. uhuh
