Ozy doesn't have the means to keep track of Antman.

Ozy gets one shotted

Being able to essentially hide from your opponent at will is a MASSIVE advantage in a fight. Even Ozy, as good as he is, isn't going to have much of an answer if tiny Scott sneaks up from behind and gives him one of those power-focused punches to the back of the head.
